Reducing energy consumption and machine usage
Concrete produced with the Zero Energy System cures faster, making steam treatment using fossil fuels unnecessary. In addition, the concrete is self-compacting – there is no need for energy-consuming mechanical vibration. Thus, health hazards for workers, such as circulatory problems caused by the vibrations or hearing defects caused by the vibration noise, can be prevented.
A perfect duo
The core products of the Zero Energy System are Glenium® ACE und Rheomatrix®. Their properties complement each other perfectly: The Glenium ACE hyperplasticizer shortens the concrete’s curing time, while the taylor-made Rheomatrix admixture works as a stabilizing additive that renders the highly flowable conrete more robust.
