High workability
Rheomatrix, the core element of Smart Dynamic Concrete, makes standard concrete self-compacting. Placement can often be carried out by a single worker, without the need for energy-expensive mechanical compacting. In this way, manufacturers can increase work productivity up to fivefold and save energy at the same time.
Perfectly harmonized
Apart from the key element Rheomatrix, Smart Dynamic Concrete includes a tailor-made admixture from the Glenium® product family and a robust concrete mix with a low fines proportion. The three elements complement each other optimally: Glenium provides the concrete with optimal flowability and high early strength; Rheomatrix makes it more robust; the low fines proportion improves the concrete’s eco-efficiency. The largest fines component is cement, the production of which causes CO2 emissions.
