X-SEED accelerates concrete hardening
X-SEED® is a unique hardening accelerator which speeds up concrete hardening significantly at early ages (6-12h) with the help of nanotechnology. This supports at least a double strength at low, ambient and heat curing temperatures.

Material optimization and reduction of CO2 emissions
X-SEED® enables more efficient production processes for precast elements. Shortened process cycles, more flexible capacity utilization and increased efficiency help to save time and reduce costs. In addition, X-SEED® has a positive impact on the energy efficiency of concrete processing. It avoids vibration and reduces heat curing. Furthermore, X-SEED® allows the use of more supplementary cementitious materials with reduced CO2 emissions during the production phase.
Challenging specifications can be realized
In contrast to traditional acceleration methods such as heat application or normal accelerators, X-SEED® does not interfere adversely with the final engineering properties of the concrete.
X-SEED® consists of synthetically produced crystal seeds in liquid form, which boost the hardening properties of the concrete mix. It improves the quality of the hardened cement paste and provides durability, aesthetics and eco-efficiency benefits.
